2010 (Freshman):
Richard added depth to the Tiger roster in 2010. In the only game played his freshman season, Guerrero contributed to Pacific's 19-9 defeat over Seattle on March 7, with one at-bat and two assists in the field at third base.
High School:
Guerrero graduated from St. Mary's High School in Stockton, Calif., in 2009. During his senior season, the Rams finished with a 24-10 overall record and were the runners-up in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section. That season Richard hit .315 with two home runs. For his successful season, he was named First Team All-Tri-City League. Guerrero was a talented muti-sport athlete as he lettered in both baseball and water polo.
Personal:
Richard Guerrero III was born in French Camp, Calif., and is the son of Richard and Cinda Guerrero. He has two younger siblings, Ryan (15) and Ryanda (7). For fun, Guerrero enjoys playing basketball and football, and is studying business in his second year at Pacific. Richard hopes to either own his own company or play professional baseball after college.
