2008-09 (Junior): Lavar finished with a combined 20 points and was third on the team with 13 rebounds during Pacific'sthree-game fall trip to Canada. Delta College: A transfer from Stockton's Delta College, Neufville played for the Mustangs during both of his years at the college ... In his sophomore season, the Mustangs finished the season with a commanding 27-6 overall record, improving upon their already respectable 22-10 finish from the 2006-07 season ... After averaging 12 points, seven assists and nine rebounds a season his final year at Delta, Lavar earned an All-Big 8 League award in 2008. High School: Lavar graduated from Fairfield High School in Fairfield, Calif., in 2006 ... Playing basketball for the Falcons, Lavar broke two school records for career assists (349) and single-season assists (142) ... As a senior he averaged 14 points, eight assists and seven rebounds a game ... In the Solano County Athletic Conference (SCAC), Neufville received honorable mention as a sophomore, he was named the MVP of the SCAC as a junior and closed out his high school career with a spot on the All-League SCAC team as a senior.
