Fletcher is in his second year as assistant coach for the Tigers. He climbed the ranks from part-time assistant last season with the golf program to full-time assistant beginning this past summer. He joined the Pacific golf program after serving as the media relations contact during the 2005-06 season.

Fletcher will assist Goethals in the continuation of Pacific golf's accent towards national prominence. Last season, Pacific golf began to build the bases for success with a campaign that witnessed the Tigers finish third at the Big West championships back on April 24.

In addition to their accomplishments on the links, Goethals and Fletcher have created, in just one season, a nationally acclaimed tournament in the Food4Less Pacific Invitational that welcomed 12 teams to Brookside Country Club last season.

Jeremy maintains the Pacific Golf Weekly and serves as assistant tournament director for the Tiger Hunt golf tournament and the Pacific Invitational. A native of Toledo, Iowa, Fletcher graduated from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa in 2005 with a bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. He relocated to California to pursue a Masters degree from the University of the Pacific in the field of Communications.
