Summer 2008 ~ Upcoming sophomore Patrick Kucich had a host of tournaments this summer as he looks to become a mainstay of the Tiger line-up in his third season at Pacific. Patrick posted a 75-72=147 at the Modesto City Championship on June 10. He previously played in the U.S. Open Qualifier at Del Rio (77). He then played at the Vacville and Manteca City Amateurs and took part in the NCGA Match Play Qualifier at Coyote Creek in San Jose and the U.S. Amatuer Qualifier at Pasatiempo. The Lodi and Stockton City Championships were also on the slate for the St. Mary's graduate. During the spring of 2008 Kucich played in back-to-back Canadian Tour events during his redshirted sophomore season. He played at Del Rio Country Club and then the following week at his home course of Brookside for the Northern California Classic.

2007-08 ~ REDSHIRTED

2006-2007 ~ Kucich ended his freshman year at Pacific with a 77.2 stroke average which included a 71 and 72 at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate in April.

Junior Golf ~ Kucich was a member of the America's Cup and Hogan Cup team in 2004. He was also selected to join the Northern California Junior team in the annual North vs South matches.

St. Mary's High School ~ Patrick was a two-year letterwinner at St. Mary's in golf. Kucich was captain and named most valuable player in his junior and senior years. He was the Brookside Junior Club Champion in 2005. He also played football, baseball and basketball for the Rams.

Personal ~ Patrick Matthew Kucich is the son of Matthew and Kathy Kucich. He has four siblings, an older brother Ryan and older sister Ashley. He has two younger sisters, Megan and Katie. Patrick is currently majoring in business.
