2004-05: Dunn peaked at the right time during his junior campaign, as he recorded season and personal best times at the Big West Championships in both the 100 Breast (57.89) and 200 Breast (2:02.82). He finished second on the team in both of those events, falling to younger brother David. 2003-04: Dunn again shined in the breaststroke events. At the Big West Championships, Thomas swam the fastest time on the team in the 200 Breast at 2:05.64. He also swam a personal best in the 200 IM at the meet with a time of 1:53.65. 2002-03: Dunn added quality in several events in his first season at Pacific. He had a team best time in the 400 IM (4:02.75). He also recorded a time of 2:05.36 in the 200 Breast, good for fifth place in the Tigers record book. High School: Thomas attended Live Oak High School in Moran Hill, Calif. He was a part of the Morgan Hill Swim Club... He was named MVP of the swim team in his junior and senior seasons at Live Oak. Thomas earned the Bank of America Math Award in high school. Personal: Thomas Dunn was born in Morgan Hill, Calif., and is the son of Chuck and Mary Dunn. Thomas is a physics major in his fourth year at Pacific. |
