At Pacific In his third year with the Tigers, Danny really blossomed into a top swimmer in 2003-04. He set career best times in seven events, picked up seasonal best times in eight total events, and recorded two of his career best times at the Big West Championships. Those two events were the 200 Fly (1:57.08) and 50 Free (21.37), as the Tiger men finished runner-up. Danny's second season at Pacific saw him score in the 100 Fly and 500 Free. Ender provided depth in the sprint events for the Tigers during the 2002-03 season. He had a top time in the 100 Fly of 51.68 and a 50 Free time of 22.02. In his first season at Pacific, 2001-02, Danny contributed in the 50 and 100 Free with times of 22.53 and 49.36. High School Danny graduated from Fallbrook Union High School (Fallbrook, Calif.) in 2001 after collecting seven letters, four in swimming and three in water polo. As a member of the Warriors, Ender was named MVP of his swim team in each season and led his team to a second place finish in the CIF in 2001. Danny was named to the All-CIF team three times and twice claimed the CIF championship in the 100 Free. Personal Daniel Ender was born on Nov. 28, 1982, in Westminster, Calif., and is the son of Tim and Sandee Ender. Daniel is a history major in his fourth year at Pacific. |
