In Glasgow's first season with the Tigers, she started the season as an assistant before being named interim head coach near the end of the 2004-05 season. After leading Pacific to the Big West title on the Men's side, she recieved Big West Men's Coach of the Year Honors. Under first year head coach Greg Meehan, Glasgow's duties will mainly focus on coaching the sprint Freestyle and sprint Butterfly events.

Before Pacific, Glasgow was the head coach/president of Bear Swimming in Berkeley, Calif. since Sept. of 1999. She had numerous responsibilities while with the Bear Swimming program. She oversaw the day-to-day operations of the program, which not only consisted of coaching, but also scheduling board and coaches meetings, as well as planning, promoting, and conducting all club fund-raising and special events. As a coach for the program, Glasgow coordinated the technical direction and planning of workouts, scheduling of programs, and development of the coaching philosophy.

Glasgow was previously a senior coach from 1998-99 with the Walnut Creek Aquabears in Danville, Calif. There she was responsible for training, technique, and dryland for the senior group and for the Blackhawk program. From 1997-98, Glasgow was an assistant senior coach with the Blackhawk US swim team in Danville.

Glasgow received her bachelor's degree from Chico State. She also attended Diablo Valley College. Outside of her coaching experience, Glasgow is also an active member of the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association and a certified member of the American Coaches Association.
