2009-10 (Freshman): Against Cal State Bakersfield, Tyler registered an eight place finish in the 50 Free, touching the wall in 24.01, which also set a personal best time in the event. High School: Scott graduated from Foothill High School in Palo Cedro, Calif., where he lettered four years in swimming. He earned All-League and All-Section honors from 2005-09. Academically, he was a Scholastic All-American and National Merit Scholar. Personal: Gregory Scott Tyler was born in Redding, Calif., and is the son of Greg and Becky Tyler. He has one older sister, Jessica. Entering his second year at Pacific, Tyler is studying bio engineering. |
