Spring 2008 (Sophomore): Pedro was able to compete in the spring season, seeing time in 11 singles matches from the No. 5 and No. 6 positions. He spent the majority of his time in the sixth spot where he compiled a 1-7 record and finished the season 1-2 at No. 5. Toledo competed with five different partners in doubles play: Renan Delsin (0-4), David Gonzalez (1-1), Artem Gramma (0-1), Chase Oliphant (0-1) and Vegerd Vesimagi (2-6). Fall 2007 (Sophomore): Toledo did not participate in any of the fall tournaments in 2007. Spring 2007 (Freshman): Pedro finished the spring with a combined record of 0-11 in singles action and 1-10 in doubles play in 2007. He played with three doubles partners throughout the spring and recorded his victory with Alan Kelly at the No. 2 position. He played a majority of his single matches at the No. 4 position for the Tigers. High School: Toledo graduated from Colegio Pitagoras High School in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil in 2005. During the 2004 season, Pedro finished in the top six of the state. Personal: Pedro Toledo was born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil and is the son of Mucio Toldeo and Gisele Kalil. Pedro has one younger sibling, Paulo (16). As a 10-year old in 1994, Pedro finished in the top-10 in Brazil. In his third year at Pacific, Pedro is planning to major in civil engineering. |
