After exausting his elegibility as a student athlete at Pacific, Vestli continues to help the Tigers as a volunteer assistant coach. Vestli posted an overall record of 132-51 in his four years of competition and this will be his first year as a volunteer assistant for the program.

Spring 2006 (Senior):

In his final spring season with the team, Vestli recorded an overall singles record of 14-7. Jorgen was 5-2 at the No. 1 position and 9-5 at the No. 2 position. He also finished the spring with a doubles record of 17-7 playing all but four of his matches at the No. 1 position. He competed with two different partners.

Fall 2005 (Senior):

Vestli was 2-2 in singles competition during the 2005 tournament season. He also posted a combined 0-2 mark with two partners in doubles action.

Spring 2005 (Junior):

In his first season with the Tigers, Jorgen made an immediate impact, compiling a 17-4 record in singles competition, including a 16-3 mark at the No. 2 position. Vestli was 17-3 in doubles play with partner Niclas Otte as well. Jorgen earned All-Big West Conference First Team honors as a singles player in 2005, while he and Otte were named to the All-BWC Second Team as a doubles pair.

University of South Alabama:

Vestli joined the Pacific men's tennis program prior to the Spring 2005 season, after transferring from the University of South Alabama. In two seasons with the Jaguars, Jorgen posted a 35-13 singles record and a 33-13 doubles mark.

High School:

Vestli is a 2002 graduate of Hamar Katedralskole in Hamar, Norway.

Personal:

Jorgen Vestli was born in Hamar, Norway. He is the son of Knut and Aashild Vestli and has one older sister, Anne (27). Jorgen graduated in the spring of 2006 with a major in business administration.
