High School
Chris graduated from Granada High School in Livermore, Calif., where he lettered three years in volleyball and one year in basketball. In 2007, Brecheisen earned the Most Valuable Player award for the East Bay Athletic League, while accumulating 391 kills on the year. Chris was named to the First Team All-East Bay Team in 2007 as he led his team to the semi-finals of the North Coast Section Championships. Chris played club volleyball for Diablo Valley Volleyball Club, and was also a Principal's Honor Roll Student at Granada High School.

Personal
Chris Brecheisen is the son of Douglas and Theresa Brecheisen, and has four siblings, Jeremie (29), Josh (28), Dug (23), and Sarah (12). In his first year at Pacific, Chris is majoring in economics.
