2005 • Drew helped the senior dominated Tigers in 2005, appearing in 23 games and collecting two kills and eight digs throughout the season. 2004 • Cunningham saw limited action in his first season with the Tigers as he appeared in eight games. In the eight games, Drew recorded three kills, one assist, and three digs. Carl Sandburg High School • Drew graduated in 2003 from Carl Sandburg High School in Orland Park, Ill. He was a three-year starter on the varsity basketball team as well as a four-time letterwinner in volleyball. For four seasons, Drew helped the Eagles to an undefeated conference record, including an undefeated 31-0 in his freshman season and a 39-2 record his sophomore season in which the Eagles finished second in the Illinois state championships. During his senior season, Cunningham broke the state single season kllls record, finishing the season with 598 kills. For his play he was honored with placements on the All-State First Team, All-Area and All-SICA West, while also receiving the distinction of being named his team's MVP. Personal • Drew is the son of Terry and Julie Cunningham. In his third year at Pacific, he is majoring in business finance. |
