2006 (Junior)
Hazelett saw action in 85 games for the Tigers, starting 23 times while appearing in 26 matches. Mitchel recorded 1,046 assists in 2006, passing assistant coach Dan Hammer for third place in Pacific's All Time rankings. Hazelett recorded a season high 63 assists against Southern California on February 25th. Mitchel also added 58 blocks, averaging 0.68 per game.

2005 (Sophomore)
Mitchel appeared in the second most games for Pacific (105) during his second season as a Tiger, collecting a team-high 1,258 assists. He averaged 11.98 assists a game and racked up the third most digs of any Tiger (138). He also had 10 solo blocks on the season.

2004 (Freshman)
In his first season with the Tigers, Mitchel made his mark on the Pacific program, jumping into the record books as he finished the season in fifth all-time for career assists with 830. He averaged 9.88 assists/set in 84 sets of work. In the Tigers' three-set sweep of No. 15 USC on April 9, Mitchel had a team season best and career-high 55 assists. In addition, the Tigers hit .430 as a team during the match. Hazelett finished the season with 27 kills, 83 digs, 12 service aces and 29 total blocks.

(High School)
Mitchel graduated in 2003 from Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A four sport athlete, Hazelett received multiple letters in tennis, track, basketball and volleyball. He was named the captain of both his basketball and volleyball teams helping lead the volleyball team to the Indiana State finals in 2003. He was named the Most Improved Player during his junior track season and MVP of the track team for field events during his senior season. Mitch was the MVP of the volleyball team in all four of his seasons and was a Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 selection in his final season for the Knights.

(Personal)
Mitchel is the son of Kirk and Donna Hazelett. He has one younger sibling, Alise (19). In his fourth year at Pacific, he is majoring in sport science.
