Colan saw time in seven matches on the year for Pacific, serving primarily as a utility role for the team.

High School
Colan graduated from Punahou School in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he lettered in volleyball as well as track and field, specifically the long jump and triple jump events. Colan earned Second Team All-ILH Conference honors as well as First Team All-State honors. Ishii guided his team to consecutive undefeated league titles as well as state championships in 2006 and 2007.

Personal
Colan Ishii is the son of David and Lorraine Ishii and he has one sister, Misty. In his second year at Pacific, Colan is majoring in sports sciences.
