2004: Bryson saw time in 68 games for the Tigers in his junior season, posting career numbers in all statistical categories. Metz finished the season with 60 kills, 66 digs and 25 total blocks including five solo efforts. Bryson's finest match of the season came against the Stanford Cardinal on January 10 as he notched 11 kills on 21 attempts, hitting .381 in the five game match. In addition to his play on the court, Bryson was named to the Academic All-MPSF team for the first time in his career.

2003: Metz played in 10 games in his second season for the Tigers, tallying three kills and two blocks.

2002: Bryson appeared in nine games in his first season at Pacific. As a freshman, he collected 18 kills and six total blocks.

HIGH SCHOOL: Bryson attended Kamehameha High School in Honolulu, Hawai'i, where he lettered in soccer, track and volleyball and was named All-State First Team for volleyball in 2001.

PERSONAL: Born on October 9, 1983, Bryson is the son of Barney and Rowena Metz. In his fourth year at Pacific, he is a business major.
