2008 (RS Senior): David redshirted his fourth year at Pacific. 2007 (Junior): Andrus saw action in the cage in 12 games for Pacific, seeing time in 47 periods. Finishing second on the team, in blocks with 91, and steals with 11, David led the team in goals allowed with only 140, as well as his goals allowed against per game average with 2.98. 2006 (Sophomore): Andrus appeared in 13 games for the Tigers, playing 52 periods. He recorded 86 blocks on the season, adding 16 steals and six assists. Andrus allowed 11.68 goals per game in the cage for the Tigers. 2005 (Freshman): David saw time in the cage for the Tigers in his freshman campaign, appearing in five games. He recorded 10 blocks and two assists on the season. High School: David went to Clear Lake High School in Houston, Texas, where he earned six letters in water polo and swimming. As a Falcon, he earned All-Region honors and was team captain of the swim team, specializing in the fly. Personal: David Andrus was born in Houston, Texas, and is the son of Theodore and Carol Andrus. In his fifth year at Pacific, David is majoring in business. |
