2006 (Junior):

In Duje's first season with the Tigers he netted a team high 74 goals, while recording a goals per game average of 2.24, which was the third highest in the MPSF. Over the course of his first year at Pacific, he also nabbed 37 steals, added 26 assists, and was named to the All-MPSF team. He was one of three student athletes to receive Co-MPSF Newcomer of the Year honors.

Junior College:

Duje attended West Valley College in Saratoga, Calif., where he led his team to the California State Championship in 2004, and the Final Four of the State Tournament in 2005. Duje was the NorCal MVP in 2005 and earned All-American honors following his sophomore campaign.

High School:

Duje attended Los Altos High School in Los Altos, Calif. as an exchange student. During his senior season, his only year on the squad, he led the Eagles to the SCVAL De Anza Division crown, while making it to the section semifinals.

Personal:

Duje Kaurloto was born in Split, Croatia, and is the son of Zeljko and Vawja Kaurloto. He is a business major in his second year at Pacific.

Coach Maroney on Duje:

"Duje is by far one of the best outside shooters in the country. In the past our opponents have isolated in on him and have attempted to take him out of the game. This year, I don't see them being able to do that. The type of offensive production that he provides this season should be something special."
