2008 (Junior): In his third season with the Tigers, Rossi appeared in all 30 games for the Tigers, Rossi scored 11 goals on 68 attempts. He finished the season with 19 attempts and 19 steals. 2007 (Sophomore): Appearing in 30 games for the Tigers, Rossi scored eight goals on 24 attempts. He totaled seven assists and four steals, as well as flashed his speed by winning eight sprints on the year. 2006 (Freshman): As a freshman, Rossi provided depth for the Tigers. He scored one goal on five shots and recorded one assist in his first season with the team. High School: Joey attended Ceres High School in Ceres, Calif. where he lettered in swimming and polo for the Bulldogs. Joey owns the all-time scoring title at Ceres and was a two-time Junior Olympian, as well as a member of the California Central Zone team. Personal: Joseph Rossi was born in Ceres, Calif., and is the son of Bill and Janis Rossi. After graduating, Joey wants to be a strength and conditioning coach. He is an sport pedagogy major in his fourth year at Pacific. |
