Brea, Calif. Pacific junior Dragan Bakic (Split, Croatia) was named an Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches Third Team All-American on December 21st, as announced by ACWPC executive director Mike Lewis.

For Bakic, it is his third All-American honor in as many seasons, following up on second team honors in '05 and honorable mention honors in '04. Dragan was second in scoring for the Tigers in '06, finding the back of the cage 69 times on the season. His goals per game average of 2.09 ranked fourth in the MPSF and he led the Tigers in steals with 48.

Bakic is the first Tiger to earn All-American honors in three straight seasons since Brad Schumacher accomplished the task from 1992-94.
