2004-05 (Junior): Dana appeared in all 27 games last season, including 17 starts. She finished third on the team with 161 points, 6.0 points per game. Zimmerman had 24 treys last season, tied for the most of for a Tiger returning in 2005-06. Dana posted 16 points on 5-of-10 from the field in the Tigers' 71-52 loss to Cal Poly. Zimmerman had 14 points and tied a career-high with three assists in the Tigers' 77-75 loss to Utah State on Feb. 12. Zimmerman hauled in a career-high eight rebounds in Pacific's 74-52 loss to Idaho on Jan. 15. Dana had career-highs of 20 points, four rebounds and three assists in the Tigers' 54-42 win over UC Irvine on Jan. 8. Zimmerman scored 11 points in the second half as she led the Tigers on a 31-9 run in the final 14 minutes. Zimmerman posted 17 points on 5-of-13 from the field in the Tigers' 68-60 loss to Long Beach State on Jan. 6. Zimmerman had her first breakout game with Pacific in the Tigers' 67-54 loss to UC Riverside as she posted career-highs with 14 points, four rebounds, two three-pointers and one steal. 2003-04 (Redshirt Junior): Due to NCAA transfer regulations, Dana used her redshirt option during the 2003-04 season. Before Pacific: Zimmerman comes to Pacific after two seasons at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. Last season at Mercer, Zimmerman averaged 4.7 points and 1.8 rebounds in 22 contests for the Bears. As a freshman, Dana saw action in 25 games, averaging 4.2 points and 1.6 rebounds per game. High School: Zimmerman graduated from Shasta High School in Redding, California, in 2001. As a member of the Wolves, Dana was named MVP of the Gridley Invitational Tournament in each season and to the All-Eastern Athletic League team in her final three seasons. Zimmerman averaged 23 points, four assists, three rebounds and two steals per game in her senior season. Personal: Dana Zimmerman is the daughter of Richard and Sande Zimmerman. She has one brother, Michael. In her third year at Pacific, Dana is a sport management major and hopes to work with the Sacramento Kings someday.
