2003 (Freshman): Megan was one of the Tigers' best additions in 2003 as she provided a offensive spark and internal toughness for Pacific. Haas finished the season with three goals and one assist, giving her seven points. Haas delivered the game-winning goal in Pacific's 3-0 win over Davidson to cap the season. Haas started each of the Tigers' 16 games in 2003, playing almost every minute of each contest. Following the season, Megan earned the Most Dedicated Player Award and a share of the Coaches Award (split with Lindsey Rovai).

High School: Haas graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in Hummelstown, PA, where she earned a combined five letters in field hockey (three) and basketball (two). In her final two seasons with the Falcons, Haas led her squad to a combined 43-6-3 record and to the state quarterfinals in both seasons. She was the team leader in goals scored and defensive saves in 2002, and was named to the Mid-Penn First Team. Megan also earned a place on the Pennsylvania All-State First Team and was recognized by the Patriot-News as a member of its Big 11 Team. In addition, Haas led Lower Dauphin to the 2002 District III AAA championship.

Personal: Megan Haas was born on September 25, 1984 and is the daughter of Arl Haas and Peg Zimmerman. She has two siblings, Angie Strouse (27) and Phil Haas (22). Field Hockey seems to run in Megan's family as both her mother and sister played at the collegiate level. In her second year at Pacific, Megan is a speech and language pathology major.

MacDonald on Haas: "Together with Vianney, they create an explosive 1-2 punch. Megan is one of the most intense athletes I have coached. She always has her "game face" on and is a true competitor that gives you 110 % all the time. She is fast, quick and is a two-way threat."
