2007 (Junior):
McGhee appeared in 14 games for the Tigers this season, including five starts. Melissa gave the Tigers a strong option off the bench in the middle of the field to both advance the ball to her forwards and keep the opponents at bay defensively.

2006 (Sophomore):
Advancing in her career as a sophomore, McGhee continues to gain extensive knowledge of the sport. In her second season with the Tigers, Melissa appeared in six games and made her first collegiate start in the Tigers' 3-2 loss to Appalachian State at the NorPac Tournament on Nov. 2.

2005 (Freshman):
Melissa appeared in six games as a freshman. In her first season, McGhee provided depth for the Tigers, while gaining valuable experience at the collegiate level.

High School:
McGhee attended Bonita High School in La Verne, Calif., where she helped the Bearcats to 15-6-2 first place record and a Golden West Conference championship her senior season. She earned First Team All-League honors in 2002, 2003 and 2004 and First Team All-Tournament in 2002 and 2004. McGhee was also named to the First Team All-Tournament of Champions in 2004 and voted Most Valuable Player and Playmaker. She lettered three times in field hockey and once in track (one and two mile). Melissa is a California Scholarship Federation winner and an Order of Merit Scholarship recipient as well as a member of the Academic Gold Club and principal's honor roll.

Personal:
Melissa McGhee is the daughter of Loyd McGhee and Karen Dudics. She is majoring in business administration in her third year at Pacific.
