The 2005 Big West Conference Field Player of the Year, she was the conference's first outright triple crown winner since Chelo Lopez of Cal State Northridge in 1998. In addition to her triple crown numbers, Curtier also led the conference in walks (30), runs scored (47), slugging percentage (.795), and on-base percentage (.495). In Pacific's final series of the season, Curtier collected her 28th career home run, becoming the program's career home run leader as a sophomore. Carolyn Wilson previously tallied 27 home runs for the Tigers from 1995-97. In addition to her end of the year honors, Curtier was honored twice during the season as the Big West Player of the Week, winning for the week of Feb. 21-27 after hitting .462 (6-for-13) with two home runs and nine RBI as Pacific went 3-2 at the Palm Springs Classic. Her second award came after the Nevada Tournament from Mar. 28-Apr. 3. Curtier recorded a .600 (9-for-15) batting average and a 1.467 slugging percentage as the Tigers went 3-2 at the tournament. She had eight runs scored, four home runs, 11 RBI, and two stolen bases in Pacific's five games. Her four home runs came in consecutive multi-home run games. In addition, she had the game-winning RBI in each of the Tigers' three tournament victories. Academically, Curtier garnered All-Big West Academic Team honors for her work in the classroom.
2004 (Freshman): Curtier made an immediate impact in the heart of the Pacific batting order as a freshman, earning All-Big West Conference First Team and NFCA All-West Region Second Team accolades. She started each of the team's 59 games, leading the squad in home runs (11), RBI (42), and slugging percentage (.663). Her .390 batting average would have set a new single-season program record had it not been for fellow freshman Gina Carbonatto's .449 mark. Curtier did place second at the time in the Pacific single-season record book with her 11 home runs. She tied for second with 42 RBI and tied for third with 67 base hits. She hit .406 (26-for-64) in Big West Conference contests. Curtier was a three-time Big West Conference Player of Week, earning the award on Feb. 24, Apr. 5, and Apr. 26. She went 2-for-3 with her first two intercollegiate home runs and each of Pacific's three RBI as the Tigers earned a 3-2 victory over No. 7 Alabama at the Palm Springs Classic on Feb. 21. Jennifer's two-run homer in the fourth inning knotted the game at 2-2, while her solo shot to lead off the seventh proved to be the game-winner. Curtier blasted a walk-off home run to lead off the bottom of the seventh inning as Pacific fought past No. 3 California, 2-1, on Mar. 9. She capped her season with a 7-for-12 (.583) performance in NCAA Regional action, including one home run against No. 6 Stanford and a pair of home runs as the Tigers eliminated No. 16 Fresno State. Jennifer was named to the NCAA Region No. 7 All-Tournament Team and had six of her 11 home runs for the season come against Top-20 teams.
