2005-06: Ali finished eighth at the Big West Championships in the 100 Fly where she also posted her fastest times of the season in the 500 Free (5:16.30) and the 200 Fly (2:11.71). She swam her fastest time in the 100 Fly (57.33) at the Husky Meet, which was the second fastest time for the team on the season. 2004-05: Rowe finished fourth at the Big West Championship in the 100 Fly, recording the fourth best time in school history (55.83). Ali also swam the third leg in the Tigers' Big West winning 200 Medley Relay team, which recorded the seventh best time in school history (1:43.22) 2003-04: During her first year at Pacific, 2003-04, Ali provided depth in the Fly and Free events, registering career best times in the 100 Fly (56.43, fifth place in school history) and 200 Fly (2:06.39). She also swam in the 200 Free (1:55.58) and 500 Free (5:05.38). High School: Ali attended Concord High School in Concord, Calif., where she lettered all four years in swimming (Fly and Free). She was the MVP of the Minutemen swim team all four years and was all-league three times. She finished second in the North Coast Conference her senior year in the 100 Fly. Ali was an All-American her senior year in the 100 Fly. She was named to the Academic All-American team three times. Ali was a Valedictorian of Concord High School. Personal: Alison Rowe was born in Greenbrae, Calif., and is the daughter Ted and Barbara Rowe. Ali is an exploratory major in her fourth year at Pacific. |
