2008 (Sophomore):

As one of three goalies Kate finished the year second overall, making her the top returner for the 2009 season after notching 31 saves while only allowing 28 goals in six outings.

2007 (Freshman):

In her first season with the team, Casey appeared in one contest for the Tigers. She recorded two saves and was scored on eight times in the Tigers' 18-11 loss to No. 8 Hawaii on Mar. 14.

High School:

Kate attended Tokay High School in Lodi, Calif., where she lettered in cheerleading, swimming, and water polo. She was a San Joaquin Athletics Association All-League goalie from 2003 to 2005 and a Tri-County Athletic League selection in 2006.

Personal:

Kate Casey was born in Stockton, Calif., and is the daughter of Jim and Luann Casey. In her third year at Pacific, Kate is majoring in international studies and global relations and was awarded a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship to study in Argentina for six months during the Fall 2009 semester.
