2008 (Sophomore): Alex had a successful sophomore campaign with Pacific, seeing action in all 31 games last year. The utility led all sophomores with 18 goals, making her the fourth-highest Tiger scorer in 2008 recording the second-most goals of any returning player. Kutac was also one of four players to nab Academic All-MPSF honors, by virtue of a 3.0 or better cumulative grade point average. 2007 (Freshman): Kutac tallied 19 goals for the Tigers in 2007, which ranked fourth on the team for goals scored in 2007. Alex recorded her best game of the season on Feb. 25, when she found the back of the cage three times in the Tigers' 14-11 win over UC Santa Cruz. High School: Alex attended Westside High School in Houston, Texas, where she earned varsity letters in swimming and water polo. In water polo, Alex received All-State and All-Region honors in 2005 and 2006. Personal: Alexandra Kutac was born in Houston, Texas, and is the daughter of Paul and Shari Kutac. In her third year at Pacific, Alex is double majoring in French as well as economic development and cultural change. |
