Stockton, Calif. After earning their second victory of the season against Fresno Pacific earlier in the day, the Pacific women's water polo team fell to UC Davis in their second contest of the afternoon by a score of 15-7 on Feb. 17 in Stockton, Calif. With the loss, the Tigers fell to 2-6 on the season, while the Aggies advanced to 7-3 on the year with the win. Senior Kellie Fletcher (Roseville, Calif.) led the Tigers in scoring with four goals in the loss, bringing her total to an impressive ten goals on the day and 21 goals on the season. Fletcher also led all scorers in the contest as UC Davis's Laura Uribe led the Aggies with three goals in the contest. Although UC Davis opened up a six goal lead over the course of the first two periods, the Tigers responded before half time scoring three goals of their own to cut the deficit to 7-4 going into third. The Tigers' run was short lived however, as the Aggies outscored the Tigers 5-0 in the third period heading into the fourth and final period of the contest.
