San Luis Obispo, Calif. - The Pacific women's cross country team placed eighth at the Big West Championships on Saturday, Oct. 28.

Sophomore Micaela Klaus (Peru, NY) paced the five-women Pacific team as she finished in 42nd place with a time of 25:12.1 in the 6K event.

As a team, Pacific finished with a total of 251 points.

The Tigers will be back in action on Saturday, Nov. 11 as Pacific competes in the NCAA West Regional Championship in Portland, Oregon. The race is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
